A working example
This is an illustrative workflow using the existing shared tools in Trade PA. Your technical decisions and prices stay yours.
The customer is buying the tiles. You need to confirm the substrate, floor levels and responsibilities for supply and preparation. Save the customer, property and reported work in the job record.
Record what you have checked before you commit to the work:
Separate preparation, laying and materials in the quote. Make customer-supplied products and assumptions explicit. Review the draft, send it when ready and add the agreed visit to your diary.
Record approved changes to layout or preparation. Invoice the completed scope and retain the product notes for later repairs.
Give Eve a specific job
Speak or type the task, supply the relevant job details and your prices, then check the result before sending anything to the customer.

Use a fictional job to try the workflow first. Add your own figures when you are ready.
