How does the 30-day free trial work?
Pick any plan, enter your card, and use the app as normal for 30 days. Everything's unlocked. Your card is saved but not charged. On day 31 the first payment is taken automatically, unless you cancel before then. During the trial you get a generous taster allowance (50 conversations, 30 minutes hands-free) regardless of which plan you picked. Your full plan caps kick in the moment your first payment is taken.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel any time before day 31 and you won't be charged. Cancel after day 31 and your subscription ends at the next billing date. You keep access until then, no prorated refunds. Cancellation is one tap inside the app, via Settings → Plan & billing → Manage subscription.
What happens if I hit my monthly AI conversation limit?
You have three options: upgrade your plan, buy a one-off top-up add-on (+200 conversations for £39, or combo pack for £55), or wait until your monthly reset. The app shows your usage in the AI Assistant and under Settings → Plan & billing, so you'll see it coming. Add-ons are charged to your saved card and activate instantly.
Are there any hidden fees or usage charges?
No. Your monthly plan fee includes everything. AI conversations, hands-free time, all 43 features. The only extras are optional: one-off usage add-ons if you go over, and the Business Phone add-on if you want a dedicated UK number. Everything is transparent in the app.
Do you integrate with Xero or QuickBooks?
Yes, both. Invoices and supplier bills sync automatically once you connect your accounting provider under Settings → Integrations. No double entry. Your accountant gets clean books.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time, either direction. Switches are prorated automatically. No penalties, no lock-ins. Change plans under Settings → Plan & billing → Manage subscription. The Stripe billing portal handles the change and your Trade PA access updates immediately.
Is my data private? What about GDPR?
Your business data is yours. We never sell it or share it with third parties. Trade PA is UK GDPR compliant. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, hosted in the EU, and deletable on request. Full details in our

I'm VAT registered, can I reclaim VAT on the subscription?
Yes. VAT-compliant invoices are downloadable from the Stripe billing portal (Settings → Plan & billing → Manage subscription → Invoices). Send them straight to your accountant for your VAT return.
Does this work on iPhone and Android?
Trade PA is available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. Works natively on iPhone and Android, and as a web app on desktop or any modern browser.
