Extra allowance for a heavy month
No. It is a purchasable add-on, not included in the standard app subscription or free trial. Once purchased, set up and enabled, Eve takes unanswered callers’ enquiries for you to review and call back. You confirm appointments and prices. Add your contact and business details, with no card needed. These carry into your onboarding. You get 30 days with everything unlocked and a taster allowance of 50 messages shared across typed, voice and hands-free requests. To keep going after day 30, add a card and pick your plan. Don't, and your trial simply ends. You'll never be charged without adding a card yourself.
Yes. Subscriptions are monthly rolling. Cancel and you keep access until the end of the billing period, with no further charges. Cancellation is one tap in the app under Settings, Plan & billing.
Three options: upgrade, buy a one-off top-up, or wait for your monthly reset. The app shows your usage so you'll see it coming. Tap-to-talk voice fill on forms is never capped.
